HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

Returning your mattress is simple! If you decide the mattress isn't for you, contact our customer service team who will arrange the pickup and refund processing. You can contact our team here.

WHICH MATTRESSES DOES THE 100-NIGHT SLEEP PROMISE APPLY TO?

The 100 night sleep promise applies to “Dreamsuite” mattresses and “Art & Science” mattresses only. Electronic adjustable mattresses, furniture, homewares, linen, bed bases, bed heads, bedding, special / custom orders and floor stock are excluded.

WHAT CONDITION MUST THE MATTRESS BE IN?

The mattress must not be damaged or soiled in any way. A mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as your mattress and appear on the same receipt. This mattress protector must be used on the mattress from the very first night.
