All pricing on this website is in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices available in Australia only. Additional gst and delivery charges may apply to items on this site.

Where an item is delivered using our external freight company, Sleeping Giant reserves the right to adjust freight calculations if there is an increase in freight charges by the courier.

All delivery costs are quoted based on ground floor accessible end points unless otherwise stated.

All deliveries take place during normal business hours of Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm. 

It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure delivery address is correct at the time of dispatch.  Charges may apply if our delivery team is unable to make your delivery due to an incorrect address.

Sleeping Giant uses an external freight provider for deliveries.  We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time and take no responsibility for any delivery days due to our courier’s schedule and availability. 

Free shipping, flat rate, capped price or other types of shipping price promotions may be offered at specified times and on specified products. Where a shipping promotion is offered, it will only be available on selected products and to selected locations.

It is your responsibility:

- To ensure the goods purchased will fit into the nominated property; this includes but is not limited to property access, stairs, doorways etc.

- Any balcony lifts must be advised at point of sale as this will incur an additional charge.

- To be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver.

- On delivery, to check condition of packaging, correct number of packages, and examine the goods before signing the delivery docket.

- To ensure the order has been paid in full prior to delivery being arranged, deliveries will not be arranged for unpaid orders.

Assembly and mattress removal are not part of the standard delivery service and extra charges will apply.

Delivery will take place at the address specified by you when placing your order.

If the delivery driver is unable to obtain access at the allocated time on the agreed day, you will be charged by the contract carrier for any subsequent delivery.

Any damage at time of delivery must be reported to your store of purchase within 48 hours of delivery.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances on delivery date and time (including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, traffic accident or severe weather) customer service will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. 

Customers are welcome to collect their purchases directly from our warehouse on an appointment basis.

Collection from a Sleeping Giant store may be also available.

This is subject to stock availability.

Please ensure you bring your photo identification, proof of purchase and adequate transport for your goods. We reserve the right to hold goods until such time as adequate photographic identification can be provided.

Sleeping Giant reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, amend, extend or conclude any promotional offer at any time.

Unless specified, promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Some in-store sale items and promotions may not be available on line.

Advertised discounts apply to the most recent previous individual ticketed price at the time of printing. As we negotiate with customers, products are likely to have been sold below the ticketed price in some showrooms prior to the discount offer. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Any discount codes are provided for single use only and can only be used online, once per customer.

Discount codes can not be redeemed after the expiry date.

1. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. The promotion is open to Australian residents.

3. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter are ineligible to enter.

4. The Promotion commences on 31.01.22 closing on 31.12.22 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).

5. To enter the promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period.

6. Submit an image of their styled James Lane products(s) by uploading image on their own Instagram account, mentioning @JAMESLANEDESIGN or #JAMESLANE and Entrants must ensure that their Instagram posts and accounts are not set to “private” (meaning that your privacy must be turned “off”) in order for the Promoter to view and access your entry.

7. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are not eligible to enter the promotion. Each entry which is correctly submitted will be in with a chance to win the monthly prize on offer during the month in which they were entered. Each monthly draw will be drawn on first business day of the following month until the last draw. Any entry received after 11:59pm AEST on the last day of each “month” will be entered into the competition for the following month.

8. Multiple entries will be accepted.

9. Each prize winner will receive one (1) $250 James Lane Gift Card or Gift Code (the Prize).

10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. James Lane indefinitely retains all rights, title and interest and unrestricted use of each Instagram post and may use it in any matter it deems appropriate without compensation given to the subjects or producers of the submission. Once a post is submitted it becomes the exclusive property of James Lane. The Promoter reserves the right to make edits or apply text or graphical overlays on the Winners image and re-publish the image across social media channels, including but not limited to; Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. The Winners name OR social media handle will also be published in conjunction in any instances where an edited Winners image is reposted.

12. James Lane reserves the right at its sole discretion to not post or to remove from the contest site, posts that contain obscene or offensive material. All post comments will be moderated by James Lane, who may delete any comment and block users from commenting.

13. Entrants warrant that their entry is original, does not infringe the intellectual property right of any third party and has not been previously published and/or been used to win prizes in any other competition.

14. The winning entries, determined by the judges, will be selected based on the best styled and taken shot as determined by the judges. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
